Return and refund policy
Reservations and Payments:
Advance payment: To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable advance payment of 100% of the total value of the stay is required.
Taxes: Taxes are not included in the total price of the reservation and will be added at the end.
Additional Services: Additional services added to the reservation will be charged in full upon arrival.
Boys, girls and adolescents:
Commitment to child protection: Cumbres Luxury Glampimg strongly rejects the sexual exploitation and/or commercialization of children and adolescents (ESCNNA) and is committed to the dissemination and compliance with Law 1336 and 1329 of 2009.
Wellbeing and safety: For us, the well-being and safety of all our guests is paramount.
Policies for minors:
Children under 3 years old: They stay for free sharing an existing bed (without food or hotel insurance).
Over 3 years old: They are considered adults.
Required documents: If you travel with minors under 18 years of age, you must present their identity document (civil registry) and your identification document to prove relationship.
Minors without a first-degree relationship: If you are traveling with minors with whom you do not have a first-degree relationship (parent/child), contact us immediately to proceed with the refund.
Pets:
We accept pets: Pets are allowed with an additional cost per stay. Check the rates and conditions when making your reservation.
Cancellations and rescheduling:
No refunds: No refunds are made for cancellation of reservation.
Rescheduling without penalty: You can reschedule your reservation without penalty at least 2 days before the arrival date.
Penalty for not rescheduling: If you do not reschedule your reservation within the established time, you will be charged a penalty equivalent to the value of the first night of accommodation plus taxes and all additional services reserved.

Conditions to reschedule:
Only one rescheduling is allowed per reservation.
You must keep the same number of nights or choose a higher amount
You must keep the same number of guests.
If your rescheduling request is accepted, you have a maximum period of 30 business days to make your new reservation effective.
