Return and refund policy<\/span><\/p><\/h1><\/div>

Reservations and Payments:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Advance payment: To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable advance payment of 100% of the total value of the stay is required.
\nTaxes: Taxes are not included in the total price of the reservation and will be added at the end.
\nAdditional services: Additional services added to the reservation will be charged in full upon arrival.<\/p>\n

Boys, girls and adolescents:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Commitment to child protection: Cumbres Luxury Glampimg strongly rejects the sexual exploitation and\/or commercialization of children and adolescents (ESCNNA) and is committed to the dissemination and compliance with Law 1336 and 1329 of 2009.
\nWellbeing and safety: For us, the well-being and safety of all our guests is paramount.
\nPolicies for minors:
\nChildren under 3 years old: Stay free of charge when sharing an existing bed (without meals or hotel insurance).
\nOver 3 years old: They are considered adults.
\nRequired documents: If you travel with minors under 18 years of age, you must present their identity document (civil registry) and your identification document to prove relationship.
\nMinors without a first-degree relationship: If you are traveling with minors with whom you do not have a first-degree relationship (parent\/child), contact us immediately to proceed with the refund.<\/p>\n

Pets:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We accept pets: Pets are allowed with an additional cost per stay. Check the rates and conditions when making your reservation.<\/p>\n

Cancellations and rescheduling:<\/strong><\/p>\n

No refunds: No refunds are made for cancellation of reservation.
\nRescheduling without penalty: You can reschedule your reservation without penalty at least 2 days before the arrival date.
\nPenalty for not rescheduling: If you do not reschedule your reservation within the established time, you will be charged a penalty equivalent to the value of the first night of accommodation plus taxes and all additional services reserved.
\nHow to reschedule: You can reschedule your reservation by calling +57 3203746321 or sending an email to marketingcumbresluxury@gmail.com
\nConditions for rescheduling:
\nOnly one rescheduling is allowed per reservation.
\nYou must keep the same number of nights or choose a higher amount
\nYou must keep the same number of guests.
